Olalekan Obisesan is a highly experienced professional with eight years of expertise in project management, campaign leadership, and volunteer management. Known for his dedication to excellence and impactful change, Olalekan has emerged as a voice in driving global initiatives.

During his time at The ONE Campaign, Olalekan played a crucial role in managing global volunteer programs and forging strategic partnerships to advance the organization’s mission.

Starting as an intern in 2016, he ascended to the role of Global Activists Manager, driving initiatives across Africa, Europe, and North America. He utilized innovative digital tools and cultivated essential stakeholder relationships to achieve measurable results.

Before his time at ONE, Olalekan worked as a Customer Experience Management Personnel at Sterling Bank PLC. His professional journey, from that role to his current position as Managing Partner at Helix Impact Partners, showcases his commitment to driving positive change. His skills in data analytics and digital marketing, certified by Google, along with his expertise in project management and social media strategies, have been pivotal in helping organizations succeed.

Olalekan holds a Master of Arts degree in Marketing from the University for the Creative Arts, UK, and a Bachelor of Agricultural Technology from the Federal University of Technology Akure.

He has also completed certificate programs in Effective Leadership Through Emotional Intelligence from the University of Oxford, UK, and Addressing Local Policy Issues in Emerging Economies from Utrecht University, the Netherlands.

In addition to his professional achievements, Olalekan is deeply committed to community development and youth empowerment. He serves as a School Governor at the Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust, UK.

As Managing Partner at Helixus, Olalekan oversees strategic planning, business development, client relations, and daily management of the organization.
